  • Professional Gate Staff

There’s a lot more to managing patron entry at events than just processing tickets. Our professional entry operations team can ensure your patrons never have to wait long in line and discrepancies are resolved promptly. We pride ourselves on the professionalism, reliability and integrity of our staff, and the strong skillset they bring to every assignment whether it be in an administrative, operational or customer oriented role.

We provide services and advice in traffic management, dissemination of specific information to ensure your patrons have a smooth experience entering the festival area. We can help manage your volunteers as they distribute event programs to patrons waiting in line or give out additional items supplied by you such as garbage bags. We will also work closely with other outsourced services such as organisations processing carbon offset schemes for cars through to your security provider to ensure cars are checked for contraband.

  • Traffic Management

Traffic congestion often causes serious issues, especially if the line of patrons’ cars spills out onto public roads. We can assess your site and implement plans for auxiliary lanes and other measures to ensure traffic is managed and the local authority’s requirements are met.

Similarly, if your entry point experiences considerable foot traffic, we can ensure they will not negatively impact surrounding businesses and activities.

  • Fraud Control

Ticket and wristband fraud are a real concern to organisers, especially at large events. We have developed a range of security protocols to deal with activities such as scalping, on-selling of (fake/double up) tickets and wristband loss at the gate.

Our ticketing system can be adapted to your needs. We can place special rules during sales, such as limitations on the number of tickets sold to each individual and registration of ID details. Tickets can be validated with approved ID upon entry.

The gate operations team have put in place a wristband anti-theft procedure to ensure that wristbands don’t go missing during shifts undertaken by your staff, volunteers or patrons alike.

The gate operations team work by the acronym SAFE, which represents the underpinning values and goals of the service they provide: Security, Accuracy, Friendliness. Efficiency.
