Your event’s success is our primary goal. We are here to provide advice and assist you in preparing and delivering your event, and the good news is we have now expanded our services to support a wide range of events including conferences, symposiums, performances, exhibitions, shows and more! We offer you technical support in the lead up, and act as a first point of contact for your patrons, leaving you with time on your hands to focus on the important matters. All our clients receive complimentary marketing campaign advice and access to support seven days per week. You can also take advantage of our industry contacts, advice on marketing campaigns and sales forecasts, right down to hands on resources at your event.

The Festival Director team and their staff also work with event organisers to focus on those areas where organisers tend to have fewer resources to commit, such as budget management and planning, marketing, ticketing, entry gate operations, human resource management, and meeting legal/administrative requirements.

We act as the first point of contact for all ticket related services, from patrons requiring assistance in buying tickets, ticket purchase changes to performers receiving their entry passes.

Our staff are professionally trained to manage all facets of festival entry to ensure your patrons have a comfortable and smooth experience. Our friendly staff can train your volunteers on all operational aspects of event entry including pedestrian and traffic management at the gate, how to use our scanning system, observing OH&S and First Aid procedures, working with your security and medic teams, and introducing protocols for welcoming VIPs.
