We offer you technical support in the lead up, and act as a first point of contact for your patrons, leaving you with time on your hands to focus on the important matters. All our clients receive complimentary marketing campaign advice and access to support seven days per week. You can also take advantage of our industry contacts, advice on marketing campaigns and sales forecasts, right down to hands on resources at your event.
The Festival Director team and their staff also work with event organisers to focus on those areas where organisers tend to have fewer resources to commit, such as budget management and planning, marketing, ticketing, entry gate operations, human resource management, and meeting legal/administrative requirements.
